Professional hockey instructor and consultant with over 12 years of experience across North America.
Power skating and defensive specialist.
Works with individuals and teams to improve overall skills.
Promotes sportsmanship and life skills within all programs.
Worked with numerous players who have gone on to play in the NHL, OHL, and NCAA.

Coaching Philosophy:

To promote a fun, positive, and energetic learning experience for the players.
To promote the highest degree of skill development by blending the best drill packages geared towards the players.
To encourage all players to understand and enmbrace responsible and disciplined team play.
To emphasize the importance of every player conducting himself with class and dignity on and off the ice, as demanded by the coaching staff, in order to wear the North Central Predators AAA jersey.

Experience:

Born and raised in Bala, Ontario. Moved to Sudbury as a youth to play AAA hockey.
Draft year played Tier 2 Junior A for the Orillia Travelways.
Drafted and played for the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League.
Traded to the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League.
Free agent tryout with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Played for the St Catherines Saints (Toronto Maple Leaf farm club) in the American Hockey League.
Attended the University of Windsor and played for its varsity hockey team.
Head instructor for many years at the Mike Foligno Summer Hockey School in Sudbury, Ontario, instructing along with Mike Foligno, Head Coach of the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League, and with Randy Carlyle, Head Coach of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks of the National Hockey League.
